デザインやコンセプトはゼロからのご提案

今回は限られたスケジュールでイメージを固めて概算、デザイン、事前製作、現地施工までのスピード感が最重要課題

まずはイメージを固めるために、AIによるイメージ生成を実施して商談後数日でコンセプトデザインを決定

イメージが決まった段階で、このイメージを具現化できる手段手法の検討と概算見積りを実施
そこからさらにコストダウン案のご提案

WORK　Event design and construction management – Technology events

We were consulted in early April about an exhibition event to be held in early May.
The date and location of the event have been decided in one month.
No design or concept has been decided yet, so everything is proposed.
This time, the most important issue was to solidify the image on a limited schedule and to speed up the process from estimates, design, pre-production, and on-site construction.
First, to solidify the image, we used AI to generate images and decided on the concept design within a few days of the business meeting.

Once the image is decided, we will consider the means and methods to materialize this image and provide a rough estimate.

From there, we will propose further cost reduction plans.

The key point this time was that we were able to proceed from our first meeting to the point where we could receive an order 11 days later.
Looking back at the schedule, I’m impressed that we were able to make it in time, even with Golden Week.
