久しぶりのスチール家具のデザイン設計
といっても今までに数百も開発してきたメインの仕事なのでついつい気持ちが高ぶってしまいます

・パイプやソリッドのサイズ、厚み、強度
・キャスター脚の形状、安定性
・組み立てやすさと強度
・全体のバランス、使いやすさ
いろいろな要素が絡み合う家具は、建築に似た複雑さでやっぱり設計が楽しい

今回はキャスターやパーツの3Dモデルが豊富なSketchUpで3Dモデルを作成

WORK Product Design – Steel furniture

It’s been a while since I last designed steel furniture
But I’m excited because it’s my main job and I’ve developed hundreds of pieces so far

・Size, thickness, and strength of pipes and solids
・Shape and stability of caster legs
・Ease of assembly and strength
・Overall balance and ease of use
Furniture, which is intertwined with various elements, is similar to architecture in its complexity and is fun to design

This time, I created a 3D model using SketchUp, which has a wide variety of 3D models of casters and parts
